- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products and locations.
TrendingNest reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain orders, locations, or customers based on courier service availability and order history.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

- Courier operational issues
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
TrendingNest shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
- Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).
We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to the warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
10. International Shipping
Currently, TrendingNest ships only within India unless otherwise stated on the website.
