Refund policy

At TrendingNest, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Innerwear and intimate products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page (except for damaged or incorrect products). Consumer protection laws may still apply to defective or misdescribed products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:
    • Order Number
    • Product Photos/Videos
    • Reason for Return

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

E-commerce businesses in India are generally expected to process accepted refunds within a reasonable period and according to applicable payment regulations.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.

After Shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Refund Rejection

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The returned item is used or damaged by the customer.
  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.
  • Required proof of purchase is not provided.
